Damages and issues
Please check your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if there’s a defect, damage, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know whether the refund is approved. If it is, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method. Keep in mind it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping
You’ll be responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning an item, and unfortunately, these costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.

Missing or Damaged Items During Shipment
