At Daily Grind Roastery, we’re committed to getting your freshly roasted beans delivered to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing Time
For personal consumption, we typically roast and process orders within 1-2 business days. In contrast, for wholesale or bulk orders, we require at least 3-7 days of lead time, as we currently roast only in small batches to ensure the quality of the brew. At any rate, you’ll receive updates or a tracking number on your order through email, Viber, or Facebook Messenger.
Shipping Rates
Our shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. You’ll see the exact shipping cost during checkout, so no surprises!
Delivery Time
Expect your beans to arrive as early as within the day of ordering, or up to 3-7 days after shipment, depending on your location. If you’re in a remote area, it may take a little longer; but trust us, it’s worth the wait!
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent through your email, Viber, or Facebook Messenger so you can monitor every step of your package’s trip.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, we’ve got you covered! Just contact us within 7 days at 0991-267-2284 or 8869-4428. We may ask for a photo of the damage, but rest assured — we’ll promptly send you a replacement or issue a refund.

Need to tweak something after placing your order? Let us know ASAP! If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
